Maria A. Cestone, Esq. To Present at NJSBA
Maria A. Cestone will be a moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention.
On Thursday, May 14th, Maria will be a moderator/speaker for the “Estate Administration One on One.” This introductory seminar is geared toward practitioners addressing basic estate administration procedures and common issues confronted by attorneys who assist clients with probating wills and administering estates. The seminar will include a thorough review of the amended New Jersey Inheritance Tax Return (Form IT-R) and newly amended inheritance Tax Regulations.
