Robert focuses his practice in litigation, representing clients in a range of complex legal and procedural matters. He regularly assists clients in navigating all phases of litigation, developing practical and strategic solutions aligned with their objectives. Additionally, his practice includes wills and trust formation, estate planning and administration, and guardianships.

His practice includes ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and advancing matters through dispositive and appellate stages.  Robert’s experience also encompasses general liability, labor and employment law, insurance defense, and civil rights litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Robert served as a law clerk to Kenneth T. Palmer, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he assisted with a variety of criminal matters.

While attending law school, Robert gained experience as a summer associate in transactional and regulatory matters, including advising on sponsorship agreements and emerging Name, Image, and Likeness considerations.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he served as captain of the football team, earned Academic All-American honors, and was actively involved in leadership and diversity initiatives.
