Noah is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Services Group.

Noah focuses his practice on insurance and reinsurance coverage litigation as well as on advising clients with coverage issues arising across an array of industries. Noah counsels insurance companies on claim assessment and analysis, risk transfer, and issues of bad faith. He has handled complex matters involving CGL, Auto, D&O, Umbrella/Excess, PL, EPLI, Cyber, and Environmental liability policies. Noah has experience in all aspects of trial court and appellate litigation in state and federal courts located in New York and around the country.

Noah has represented clients in high-stakes insurance coverage matters involving mass torts, multi-million dollar property damage claims, serious bodily injury and construction accidents, sexual abuse and molestation, legal and medical malpractice and federal securities law violations. Noah has successfully litigated cases involving policy interpretation, additional insured risk transfers, priority of coverage, and bad faith. Outside of the courtroom, Noah provides legal advice to insurers on matters of claim handling and strategy in the form of coverage opinions and analytical memoranda.
