Amy Mueller

Amy Mueller is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group.

Amy focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation. Amy represents clients in complex coverage disputes and civil litigation matters, advising on strategy from initial claim evaluation through resolution.

Amy graduated cum laude from Pace Law School in 2023. While in law school, Amy participated in the New York State Pro Bono Scholar program and sat for the New York State Bar Examination in her 3^rd year of law school.  

Following graduation, Amy served as a judicial law clerk to a matrimonial judge in Essex County, New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Amy practiced education law in both New York and New Jersey. In that role, she developed significant experience litigating in state courts and handling administrative law matters, representing clients in a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.

Amy is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
