Joseph J. La Costa

Joseph La Costa is Of Counsel and focuses his practice in the areas of estate and trust administration as well as corporate and business transactions. 

Joe provides counsel pertaining to the formation of entities and succession planning.  He also litigates closely held business breakups with a focus on shareholder oppression claims.

Additionally, Joe is experienced in preparing estate plans including preparation of wills, power of attorney, health care directives and other associated documents.   He litigates estate administration cases and closely held business.  Joe also represents clients with IRS and state tax disputes.
